Disney’s Grand Floridian

Rooms at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort are $185 plus tax, per room, per night — commission and credit will be provided to Celebration Ministries. Please note: there is a maximum of 5 persons per room. If you need more than one room, please book each room separately.

Also, an additional adult charge of $25 — per adult — will be applied to parties containing more than 2 adults.

Please provide your tax exempt number for the no tax rate. Note– All hotel cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the conference in order to receive a deposit refund.Roundtrip transportation to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort from Orlando International Airport is included in hotel price.

This life-changing conference will be held at Disney’s Grand Floridian and Contemporary Resort  in Orlando, Florida. This conference was created knowing the challenges and struggles facing those are fighting for the future of our churches, business and families – our youth. At YLE15, you will be inspired, refreshed, equipped and encouraged to take your ministry to the next level. Our goal is to rekindle the passion for the ministry God has called you to, equip you with insights from leaders in Youth Ministry and provide an opportunity for you to be refreshed

How much does the conference cost?

Early Bird Registration – Until March 1st – $129
Regular Registration – Until June 15th – $159
Late Registration – Until August 1st – $209
Oh My Gosh! I Forgot – Until Sept 8th – $239

Are refunds available?

1. Through June 1st, 2015, a $75 processing fee (per registration) will apply to all cancellations.
2. After June 1st, but before July 6th, a 50% processing fee (per registration) will apply to all cancellations (based on registration rate paid).
3. No refunds will be issued after July 6th due to the preparations that have already been done.

Who can attend the Youth Leader Experience Conference?

YLE15 is for Youth Leaders, workers and volunteers.

How do I pay for my conference fee?

The YLE Conference fee payment is made online using a credit card at the end of the registration process. To register click “Register” on any of the web pages on the Experience Conference website. To pay by check, print out the registration form, fill it out, and mail in your payment to:

How do I make hotel reservations?

Will there be free parking?

Parking is available free of charge at Disney’s Grand Floridian and Contemporary Resort. Upon entering Walt Disney World property, tell parking attendant that you are attending the Youth Leader Experience Conference at The Grand Floridian Resort.

What does the registration fee cover?

When you register for the YLE Conference, you’ll have access to four days of incredible teaching and worship sessions. Food, hotel accommodations and park tickets are not included.

What time can I check in at the conference?

Check-in for YLE15 will begin at 3:00p on Sept. 8th 2015
